Nuova Torre per CityLife!
La Torre Libeskind del CityLife Business&Shopping District, la cui costruzione è iniziata nel 2018, è stata terminata e consegnata a PwC Italia!
175,5 metri di altezza, 34 livelli complessivi e 33.500 metri quadrati di superficie, la Torre disegnata dall’architetto Daniel Libeskind completa così lo skyline di Piazza Tre Torri, insieme a Torre Generali di Zaha Hadid e Torre Allianz di Arata Isozaki con Andrea Maffei.
Questo innovativo grattacielo si distingue grazie alla sua curvatura in elevazione, il nucleo centrale in calcestruzzo armato e la sua ‘corona‘, 40 metri di altezza e 600 tonnellate di acciaio e vetro alla sommità dell’edificio, i sistemi di climatizzazione e un impianto per il riciclo dell’acqua piovana.
La Torre, inoltre, ha già ottenuto
la pre-certificazione LEED™ con rating Gold per la sostenibilità ambientale!

New Tower for Citylife!
The Libeskind Tower of the CityLife Business & Shopping District, whose construction began in 2018, has been completed and delivered to PwC Italia!
The Tower, with its 175.5 meters high, 34 overall levels and 33,500 square meters of surface, has been designed by architect Daniel Libeskind and completes the skyline of Piazza Tre Torri, together with Torre Generali by Zaha Hadid and Torre Allianz by Arata Isozaki with Andrea Maffei.
This innovative skyscraper stands out thanks to its curvature in elevation and its ‘crown’, 40 meters high and 600 tons of steel and glass at the top of the building, air conditioning systems, and a plant for the recycling of rainwater.
Furthermore, the Tower has already obtained LEED ™ pre-certification with a Gold rating for environmental sustainability!
