A fund managed by Prelios and entirely invested by UniCredit was awarded the tender called by FS Sistemi Urbani for the sale of two disused railway areas in the city of Milan – Scalo Farini and Scalo San Cristoforo, for a total surface area of ​​approximately 620k m2.
