A fund managed by Prelios and entirely invested by UniCredit was awarded the tender called by FS Sistemi Urbani for the sale of two disused railway areas in the city of Milan – Scalo Farini and Scalo San Cristoforo, for a total surface area of approximately 620k m2.
The Scalo Farini project has the ambition to redefine the sustainable way of working and living in Milan, creating a new sustainable neighborhood with large green spaces that will integrate offices, homes, shops and services (Brera Academy, schools, hotels). The development of Scalo Farini will also include the new UniCredit Campus.
